REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY – GOLDHATO

At Goldhato, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for the following cases:

    • You received the wrong item

    • The product was damaged or spoiled upon delivery

    • The product was defective or expired

    • The item was missing from your order

Note: Due to the nature of fresh food products, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases or opened/used items.


2. Return Window

    • Returns must be requested within 24 hours of receiving the product.

    • Proof of purchase and clear photos of the item(s) must be provided.

    • Products must be in their original packaging and condition.


3. Refund Options

Once your return request is approved, you may choose one of the following:

    • Full refund to your original payment method

    • Store credit for future purchases

    • Replacement item (subject to availability)

Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
